Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TradeMind ("TradeMind," "we," "us," or "our"), a trading journal, analytics, and AI-assisted review platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using TradeMind, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you, including any rules governing trading or financial activity in your jurisdiction.

You need an account, authenticated through Supabase Authentication, to use most features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.

Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

TradeMind offers a Free plan and paid Pro and Elite subscription plans, billed monthly or annually. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. Features, trade limits, and pricing available on each plan are described on our Pricing page and may change from time to time; we will provide reasonable notice of material changes to pricing or plan features.

Some features may be limited or made unavailable to certain accounts while still in development, regardless of subscription plan.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected billing period) until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout before you confirm your subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment on a paid plan, contact us and we will issue a full refund. To request a refund, use the contact details in the Contact section below.

TradeMind allows you to optionally connect supported broker accounts (currently Tradovate) via OAuth to import your trade history. TradeMind is not a broker, does not hold or custody your funds, and does not place trades or execute orders on your behalf through these connections.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your broker connection and for reviewing imported trade data. TradeMind is not responsible for errors, delays, or outages originating from a third-party broker's systems or APIs.

TradeMind's AI Coach analyzes trade data already in your account to generate summaries, observations, and suggestions. This output is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is generated automatically, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should not rely on AI Coach output as the sole basis for any trading or financial decision.

TradeMind is educational software. It is designed to help you record, review, and analyze your own trading activity. Nothing in the Service — including journal analytics, AI Coach output, or backtesting results — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

TradeMind does not guarantee trading profits or any particular trading outcome. Trading financial instruments, including forex, futures, stocks, crypto, and other markets, involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance, whether your own historical results or figures shown in the Service, is not indicative of future results.

Our backtesting feature generates simulated price data for practice and illustrative purposes; it does not use real historical market data, and simulated results do not guarantee or predict how a strategy would perform in live markets.

You remain solely responsible for all of your trading decisions. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment or trading decisions. TradeMind is not liable for any trading losses you incur.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding your own data), is owned by TradeMind and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own personal or business trading journal purposes.

You retain ownership of the trade data, notes, and screenshots you upload. You grant us a license to store and process that data solely to provide and improve the Service to you.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or another user's account.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties without our consent.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or for any other reason at our discretion, with notice where reasonably practicable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeMind and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
